How to Enter
Contestants must submit an official Harrisburg Cupcake Cup entry form by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012. Contestants are also asked to make a $30 donation to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank in order to make their entries official.
